Corporate Finance Analyst

About the company

Swing is Indonesia’s leading golf platform, with 100,000+ golfers on our app. We are expanding into B2B technology through Swing ERP, a platform that integrates golf course operations with finance and back-office management. We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance & Accounting Functional Lead to design standardized, end-to-end business processes for golf courses, covering finance, accounting, taxation, and ERP implementation.

Your tasks

• Design end-to-end business processes covering order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, inventory, budgeting, membership, and revenue distribution.
• Define finance and accounting workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA), posting rules, account mapping, approval matrices, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Ensure operational transactions from golf, F&B, pro shop, membership, and events are correctly reflected in the General Ledger (GL), financial statements, and tax reports.
• Design accounting treatments for revenue recognition, deposits, prepaid packages, inventory, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions.
• Define Indonesian tax workflows covering PPN, PPh, PBJT, Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
• Evaluate and optimize Swing ERP’s accounting integration with Mekari Jurnal or recommend an alternative solution.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, data migration, UAT, go-live, and client onboarding.
• Translate business requirements into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop standardized implementation playbooks and determine which requirements should be configurable versus customized.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 3 years in ERP functional consulting, finance systems, or a similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, golf clubs, country clubs, or implementing ERP for similar businesses.
• Led at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations, from blueprint through go-live and the first month-end closing, including at least 1 multi-department hospitality implementation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, PSAK, GL, AR/AP, reconciliation, month-end closing, budgeting, inventory costing, and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience designing procurement workflows, approval matrices, budget controls, and segregation of duties.
• Understanding of hospitality revenue streams, including POS, F&B, pro shop, membership, events, packages, and payment settlements.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2), PBJT, and related tax reporting workflows.
• Experience translating accounting and tax requirements into ERP configurations, posting rules, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP FI/CO, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with USALI or USFRC hospitality and club accounting standards.
• Brevet A/B, CA, or CPA Indonesia certification.
• Experience with Mekari Jurnal, Accurate, hospitality management systems, or cloud accounting APIs.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
