About the company

Poole Our client is a specialist in innovative downhole technology for the global energy industry. They design and manufacture tools to solve current and emerging challenges for the oil and gas, gas storage, CCUS, hydrogen storage and geothermal production sectors.

Your tasks

They are currently recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join their Machine Shop based at their site in Poole. You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Mazak CNC machinery including Mazak Integrex, to manufacture components ensuring all work is completed to engineering drawing and a high-quality standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience programming, setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining tolerances.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
