Legal Analyst

• Main responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, civil, labor, and confidentiality contracts
• Incorporation of companies, assembly minutes, powers of attorney, and management before a Notary
• Regulatory compliance, permits, licenses, and relationship with authorities (SAT, IMSS, Secretaría de Economía)
• Labor advisory: contracts, settlements, handling of lawsuits, and prevention strategies
• Intellectual property management: trademarks, patents, and copyrights
• Legal representation in trials and litigation management with external firms
• Drafting internal policies and code of ethics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, graduated and with professional license
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a company or corporate law firm
• Knowledge in Corporate, Commercial, Labor, and basic Tax Law
• Intermediate-advanced English (for contract review)
