As an Automated Production Line Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of the production line for pharmaceutical glass syringes. This is a technical manufacturing position that requires an understanding of machine operation, monitoring the production process, recognizing alarms and deviations, and timely reaction when problems arise. You will work with modern automated equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment, with clearly defined procedures and quality standards. Your responsibilities Monitoring and managing an automated production line during the production process Monitoring machine operation and checking set production parameters Monitoring and correctly responding to alarms and deviations Identifying causes of downtime, defects, and process irregularities Taking appropriate actions to resolve simple process problems according to procedures Timely reporting and escalation to machine leader / supervisor / Process / Maintenance when the problem cannot be resolved independently Monitoring product quality during production Performing inspections and controls according to production documentation and specifications Maintaining accurate and timely production documentation, records, and logs according to GMP standards Following safety, quality, and hygiene rules in the manufacturing environment Handing over relevant information to the next shift Active participation in problem-solving and improving the production process
What do we expect from you? Previous work experience as a machine / production operator Experience working with automated machines or production lines Basic understanding of machine processes and the ability to recognize alarms and deviations Ability to monitor and maintain set production parameters Ability to independently recognize a problem and escalate timely when necessary Basic knowledge of English Secondary education – technical direction will be considered an advantage Which qualities do we value?
