Coordinate and plan essential central services such as maintenance, industrial cleaning, utilities Plan and coordinate all technical activities within the facility for the activities under their responsibility (e.g., technical management, contracting companies, furnace renovation and repair) Activate programs aimed at reducing operating costs with a specific focus on the spare parts warehouse, energy consumption, and service outsourcing Develop, evaluate, and maintain the computerized preventive maintenance program Develop specific KPI for the services for which they are responsible against agreed standards Ensure that activities carried out by external services are performed in compliance with contract provisions Prepare operating plans and budget forecasts for plant needs

Previous experience in general maintenance, preferably in the glass sector or related production cycles Technical education Good knowledge of the English language Good problem-solving skills, precision, and people management

Gross annual salary: 40,000€ - 50,000€
