Manufacturing Process Engineer Glass Packaging Area

Tasks: Solving technological problems and implementing changes in the designated production area, Optimization of existing production processes in terms of: safety, product quality, efficiency, and manufacturing costs, Analysis of process capability regarding the manufacturing of products compliant with customer requirements and cooperation with international departments representing the customer, Cooperation with local and international Quality, Product, and Technology departments during the implementation of new products and processes into the production area, including support for process automation, Maintaining and supervising production process documentation, Leading projects and managing project groups; Establishing and controlling process parameters and determining ways to eliminate deviations from those specified in the instructions, controlling the compliance of raw material and product quality with technical standards; Identifying and analyzing current technological problems, proposing and implementing solutions involving changes in processes and tools.; Managing trials related to the implementation of new products or other tools, new materials, or process parameters; Preparing documentation necessary at the workstation to supervise the production of goods compliant with specifications; Supporting team leaders in solving emerging technological problems regarding machine repairs, improvements, and analyzing the causes of failures and downtime; Conducting training related to production technology; Reporting the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

We expect from Candidates: Higher technical education, preferably in the profile of: production engineering, mechanics, and machine design; Minimum 2 years of practice in a process engineer position in manufacturing plants Practical knowledge of machine construction and operation; Practical experience related to glass processing processes will be an additional asset; Experience in problem solving using problem solving tools; Experience in managing technological changes and automated processes, Experience in leading projects or participating in project groups, Experience in implementing new solutions and changes on production lines; Knowledge of the English language enabling free communication.; Analytical thinking, ability to organize own working time, and creativity

and focus on task completion; Skills in the application of lean/six sigma tools; Ability to read technical drawings and hydraulic diagrams; Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000 quality assurance system requirements
