Your tasks

The firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team. You’ll handle a broad range of property disputes for commercial and residential clients, with a collaborative, supportive team behind you as you develop your career. You will:

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters
• Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, covenant disputes and related matters
• Build strong client relationships and give practical, commercial advice
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to get the best outcomes for clients
• Support business development and networking

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, or holder of an equivalent legal qualification, with 2+ years’ PQE
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation, ideally including property disputes
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Well organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A team player who enjoys building relationships and adding to a positive culture
