ARCHITECTURAL PLANNER / 3D DESIGNER

WE ARE HIRING – ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER / 3D VISUALIZER

We are looking for an experienced Architect / 3D Visualizer for a hotel project in Lombok with a classic colonial-style concept.

The architectural planning is already approximately 80% completed by the previous architect. Your main task will be to continue, refine, and complete the existing design, with a strong focus on creating high-quality, realistic 3D renderings.

Main Responsibilities:

• Continue and finalize the existing architectural plan
• Develop the remaining 20% of the design
• Refine architectural details while maintaining the existing concept
• Create high-quality, realistic 3D models and renderings
• Develop attractive exterior and interior visualizations
• Ensure the 3D design accurately represents the architectural plans
• Coordinate with the project team and make revisions when required

Requirements:

• Strong experience in hotel, resort, or villa projects
• Excellent skills in 3D modeling and architectural rendering
• Strong understanding of classic / colonial architecture
• Able to produce professional and photorealistic renderings
• Proficient in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and design quality
• Able to work independently and develop an existing design
• Good communication and coordination skills

Hotel Location: Lombok, Indonesia Candidates from Lombok or other cities such as Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, etc. are welcome. Remote/hybrid cooperation can be considered, with site visits to Lombok when required.
