LOGISTICS & PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (M/F) 1-year CDD - Liffré (35) - Quick start Gerinter Tertiaire is recruiting for its client, a recognized industrial site, a Logistics & Procurement Assistant for a one-year CDD. Do you want to evolve in a structured industrial environment, at the heart of supply chain and international logistics challenges? This position might be for you! Your mission Within the Production Management, Logistics & Customs department, you will participate in the proper management of procurement and import/export operations related to chemical activities. Your objective: to guarantee the availability of parts and goods on time, while optimizing stocks and respecting quality, safety, health, and environment requirements. Your main responsibilities Procurement & stock management
- Launch procurement needs with suppliers according to defined stock rules
- Follow up on orders and procurement until they are put into stock
- Ensure daily monitoring of supplier deliveries and perform preventive and curative follow-ups
- Integrate technical evolutions and product end-of-life into stock management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement actions to optimize procurement
International logistics & customs
- Organize import and export operations according to established procedures
- Ensure compliance with international regulations
- Identify anomalies related to import/export operations and contribute to their resolution
- Fill in and update documents, indicators, and activity dashboards
Your profile With a training of Bac to Bac+2 in logistics, supply chain, transport, or international trade, you ideally have a first experience in an industrial environment. You are:
- Comfortable with Excel and ERP tools
- Capable of communicating in English in a professional context
- Rigorous, organized, and reactive
- Possessing good interpersonal skills and a real team spirit
A first experience in procurement, stock management, or international logistics will be particularly appreciated.
