*About the Role*

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on production associate to join our manufacturing team in Vaughan. You will be responsible for assembling high-end wood cabinetry, operating hand and power tools, and preparing finished products for shipping. This is a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring attention to detail and precision.

*What You?ll Do*

• Assemble custom wood cabinets, carcasses, and components efficiently.

• Operate hand and power tools, including drills, staple guns, and pneumatic fastening equipment.

• Install hardware, hinges, drawer slides, doors, and pulls accurately according to specs.

• Inspect finished pieces for quality, alignment, and finish flaws.

• Pack finished products securely for transport.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace on the production floor.

*What You Need to Bring*

• Experience: 1?2 years in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or heavy assembly is a strong asset (willing to train the right hands-on person).

• Technical Skills: Proven ability to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools (drills, staple guns, drivers).

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended shifts and lift/handle heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs) safely with team support.

• Craftsmanship & Focus: Exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a sharp eye for detail.

• Work Ethic: Total reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude. You show up on time and pull your weight as part of the team.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
