ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR - SHOW (all genders) in Stuttgart HEY

As Associate Creative Director for the Show & Conception area, you are the artistic mind behind our most demanding live experiences. You lead the creative conception, dramaturgy, and implementation of large-scale events, media-driven spaces, and brand storytelling. In doing so, you bridge the gap between abstract brand strategy and spectacular, spatial reality.

ABOUT YOU

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in a creative and leadership position in the field of Experiential Marketing, Live Entertainment in live communication agencies, or with large theater, show & media productions.
• Experience in client consulting and managing complex projects
• Experience in staging for the Lifestyle & Automotive industry
• Perfect English Skills: Since we operate in a global network and support international major clients, fluent, business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing are an absolute must. (German skills are a strong plus).
• Portfolio: A first-class portfolio showing successfully implemented large-scale projects and brand stagings: e.g., Automotive launches, opening ceremonies, highlight stagings at mega trade fair stands.
• Mindset: Strong communication that can inspire both internal teams and C-level clients – brave, innovative, collaborative, and stress-resistant.

• Stage immersive stories and concepts for the stage and bring them to life.
• Leadership and direction of live content creation for assigned international premium clients
• Enthusiastically engage, inspire, and involve executives on the client side.
• Maintain a clear focus on message/show content and deliver first-class live experiences.
• Make workflows more efficient and push creative boundaries through the targeted use of AI tools.
• Ensure compliance with budget and time constraints.
• Create unique and authentic experiences for our clients.
