We're looking for a Marine Tender Specialist to join our Commercial team in Singapore. As part of our marine tendering and commercial function, you will play an important role in supporting prequalification activities, tender submissions and proposal development across our global business. Working closely with commercial, operational and technical teams, you will help ensure high-quality tender responses are delivered on time while supporting the processes that enable Shearwater to compete successfully in international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating complex deliverables, working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to opportunities that directly support business growth.   Technically speaking… You will support the preparation, coordination and submission of prequalification applications, tender responses and proposal documentation. Working across the business, you will gather information from operational, technical, commercial and QHSE teams to ensure submissions are complete, accurate and aligned with client requirements. You will help analyze tender packages, coordinate documentation and maintain the controls necessary to meet demanding submission deadlines. You will also contribute to the development of project case studies, presentations and supporting materials that strengthen our commercial proposals.  Supporting commercial activities, you will maintain pricing and market intelligence databases, assist with the collection of commercial information and contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering processes and documentation standards. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate with suppliers, agents, subcontractors and business teams across multiple locations, helping ensure information flows efficiently throughout the tendering process.    In personal terms… You are highly organized and thrive in environments where multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders need to be managed simultaneously. You enjoy taking ownership of your work and finding practical ways to improve efficiency and support successful outcomes.   What you'll need Vocational qualification, diploma, degree or equivalent experience in commercial, marketing, tendering or related disciplines.  Experience in a tendering, proposal coordination, commercial support or similar role.  Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Good written and spoken English. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.  It would also help, but is not essential, if you bring: Experience supporting tenders within the offshore, marine, energy or engineering sectors. Knowledge of commercial and tendering processes.  Experience working with international clients, suppliers or subcontractors. Experience preparing proposal documentation or commercial presentations.
