Geodrill Limited is a leading exploration drilling company in West Africa with Ghana as its base of operations. The company is seeking to appoint two experienced storekeepers for its warehouse. Job Tile: Senior Storekeeper Specific Responsibilities

Keeps record of store items Assists in receipts and issues of materials and spares Issues purchase orders Records material receipts Assists in periodic stock taking Oversee the receipt and deliveries of fuel and lubricants and making sure that proper measurement and checking of its purity are done in deliberate manner Assist in the issue of fuel, lubricants and chemicals and ensuring that the correct quantity of the items are issued, documented and recorded Assist in daily accounting of all the fuel and lubricant issuance and/or receipt and submit the proper documents to the stores accountant To write waybill to cover the delivery to the site with emphasis on the accuracy of the quantity and the barcode number Write the back order report for all items with balances after issuance Carry out periodic check on items that have reached the minimum stock level and need replenishment - (Min-Max)

Qualification Required & Experience

At least High School certificate or higher Must have worked in a busy stores environment for at least 5 years. Ability to work with little or no supervision Knowledge of stores/warehousing principles procedures Ability to work long hours Must be willing to travel across company's jobsites throughout West Africa Good knowledge of MS office suite Experience in Mining and Extractive industry practice will be an added advantage Knowledge of Mechanical parts and mining exploration products will be an added advantage Proven written and oral communication skills Ability to lead teams and work within team environment
