WOOD Transit Agent M/F

Sealogis Freight Forwarding France is looking for its maritime Transit Agent M/F to join the Wood and Linen team of its agency based in Le Havre on a CDI (permanent contract).

Reporting to the group leader, your missions will be:

*Computerized data entry of the file. *Acknowledgment of order to clients, *Transmission of orders to subcontractors (transport orders, Booking ..) *Follow-up of files and control of ongoing services, *Manage unforeseen events and issues that may arise such as delays, routing problems, damage or loss of goods, etc. *Inform the client on the progress of the service, *Compilation/drafting of necessary documentation (Bill of lading, insurance, certificate of origin, BESC.) *Management of administrative tasks related to operations *Customs management (Manage customs formalities by preparing and submitting the necessary documents for the customs clearance of goods to the customs department) *Issuance of invoices *Sending invoices to clients *Handling billing disputes

*Training in the field of transit *1st significant experience in an equivalent position *IT tools *English (written and spoken) *Software: CARGOWISE *Regulations / Incoterms
