Position: Part-Time Style Advisor/ Sales Associate

*Role Overview: *
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Style Advisor who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of designers and tailored clothing, a large professional network, and a proven track record in sales or service roles. This is a performance-driven position with opportunities for recognition and advancement based on your results.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging clients with professionalism and style advice
- Reach out proactively to potential and existing clients to promote products and foster relationships
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
- Achieve and surpass personal sales goals, contributing to store targets
- Build and maintain a large network of contacts within the fashion and tailoring industry
- Support store operations, including stock management and visual presentation
- Promote Genuine Design?s story, emphasizing sustainability and quality
- Participate in local marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Follow all store policies, including loss prevention
*Qualifications:*
- Must have at least 1+ years of sales or service experience; without sales experience, application will not be considered (Ideal for candidates with experience as a server, in retail sales, or previous sales roles)
- Strong knowledge of designers, tailored clothing, and fashion trends
- Large network within the fashion or tailoring industry is a strong asset
- Motivated, proactive, and achievement-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Asset: experience in luxury or tailored clothing sales
- Reliable and able to work between 10 am and 6 pm
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about fashion and customer service

- Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Flexible to work within the hours of 10 am to 6 pm
