Counter Customer Service

Education: Preparatoria, technical degree in electrónica. 6 months of experience. Knowledge in configuration and application of APP’s. Basic English

Activities and responsibilities:

1. Provide advice, answer questions about products, and give tips.
2. Offer technical assistance and resolve problems that may arise during and after implementation.
3. Configuration of applications and information backup.
4. Validation and registration of failures reported by the user.

Salary: $12,000 monthly net, biweekly payment.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 12:00pm to 21:00hrs with 1 day off during the week (between Monday and Wednesday)

Work zone: Andares.

• 1 year of experience

• Age: From 25 years old
