???? Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Payroll Management: Oversee the full monthly and off-cycle payroll process for Egypt, ensuring accurate calculations, inputs, and timely disbursements.

• Controls and Quality Assurance: Drive robust maker/checker controls, segregation of duties, and rigorous validation of high-risk transactions (new hires, terminations, bank changes).

• Compliance and Statutory Requirements: Ensure 100% adherence to Egyptian payroll taxes, social insurance, and employment legislation.

• Financial Controls and Reconciliation: Lead payroll-to-GL and period-over-period reconciliations in close coordination with Finance.

• Team Leadership and Development: Direct and coach the local payroll team, ensuring business continuity, capacity planning, and cross-training.

• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for Egypt payroll across internal teams (HR, Finance, Global Payroll) and external providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong background in end-to-end Egyptian payroll management with in-depth knowledge of local tax and social insurance laws.

• Proven track record leading payroll teams, preferably within a multinational, shared services, or SLA/KPI-driven environment.

• Proficiency with HRIS/Payroll systems, payroll accounting, variance analysis, and internal/external audit management.

• Proficiency with SAP is a must

• Fluency in English
