Semi conductor Hookup System Project Manager

Roles And Duties Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing master project schedules, tracking milestones, and aligning hookup execution timelines with fab production schedules and tool move-in dates.

Resource & Subcontractor Management: Managing internal engineering teams, on-site supervisors, QA/QC personnel, and external specialty subcontractors (such as gas hookup and piping installation crews) to maintain optimal productivity.

Cost & Budget Control: Monitoring project expenditures, managing variation orders (VOs), controlling labor and material costs, and protecting gross profit margins.

Safety & Compliance (WSH/EHS): Enforcing strict workplace safety and health standards (such as ISO 45001 and bizSAFE guidelines), conducting safety audits, and ensuring hot work permits, risk assessments, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols are strictly followed.

Technical & Quality Oversight: Ensuring installations comply with high-purity (HP/UHP) manufacturing standards, inspecting orbital welding records, pressure testing, particle counts, and managing QA/QC documentation handovers.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, tool vendors, facility management, and internal executives (such as project directors and commercial teams) regarding project status, technical bottlenecks, and commercial sign-offs.
