Scopes And Duties : Technical Scoping & Requirements Analysis: Reviewing Tool Utility Diagrams (TUDs) and equipment specifications to determine exact connection requirements for specialty gases, bulk gases, vacuum, Process Cooling Water (PCW), exhaust, and chemical delivery systems.

Tender & Proposal Management: Preparing competitive bids, cost estimates, bills of materials (BOM), and technical proposals for hookup packages in response to fab owner or main contractor tenders.

Commercial & Contract Negotiations: Negotiating pricing, scope boundaries, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between the client, project managers, safety officers (WSH), and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers from design to on-site execution.

Vendor & Supply Chain Collaboration: Sourcing specialized high-purity components (such as VMB units, regulators, high-purity valves, and tube fittings) and coordinating with equipment suppliers.
