Responsibilities and duties

• Act in a generalist manner regarding the legal demands of funds and their invested assets, focusing on credit recovery, financial structuring, and strategic operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts of different natures, ensuring legal security for businesses.
• Provide legal advisory in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) operations, corporate reorganizations, and restructuring processes.
• Act in credit recovery operations, assessing risks and defining appropriate legal strategies.
• Support business areas in the analysis and implementation of new products, structures, and projects.
• Draft legal opinions, memorandums, and legal consultations on regulatory, corporate, and contractual themes.
• Monitor external law firms and strategic litigation demands.
• Monitor regulatory changes and their impacts.
• Ensure the legal compliance of operations, mitigating risks and supporting decision-making for internal areas.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Law, with an active OAB.
• Generalist experience in the legal area, with performance in credit recovery, contracts, capital markets, and real estate.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Office Package, with advanced mastery of Word and basic Excel.

Differentials

• Knowledge in capital markets and credit recovery.
• Experience in financial institutions, asset managers, or fiduciary administrators.
• Experience in M&A operations, corporate structuring, and restructuring.
