Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner. Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Condominium Building). Schedule: Saturday & Sunday Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm Pay Rate: $18.25/hour.

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a residential condominium in Downtown Toronto. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
• Perform floor care duties (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing).
• Garbage and recycling removal.
• Use of compactor over the weekend to get rid of garbage/recycling.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and vacuums.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous heavy-duty cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training can be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual.
