The Strategy & Operations Associate provides administrative, coordination, reporting, and project support to the Head of Strategy & Operations.

The role works closely with country teams and cross-functional teams to ensure key Strategy & Operations initiatives are properly coordinated, tracked, documented, and delivered on time.

Key areas include Affordability, Trade-In, Used Devices, Apple programs, GNext Business Reviews, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Strategy & Operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, presentations, reports, and working materials.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up trackers.
  • Follow up with country and functional teams on agreed actions and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for Strategy & Operations.
  1. Affordability Program Support
  • Consolidate and update weekly Affordability and Trade-In reports.
  • Maintain internal trackers, including sell-out, program performance, projects, and NPI trackers.
  • Coordinate with country Affordability Leads to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Track commercial offers, financing constructs, customer journeys, POS coverage, and program status.
  • Support preparation of materials required for regular meetings and business updates.
  1. Affordability & Trade-In Coordination
  • Support the execution of EMI, BNPL, financing, and Trade-In programs across countries.
  • Coordinate with country teams, banks, financing partners, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain program trackers, participating POS lists, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Support claims tracking, reconciliation, and required documentation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining country/program 360° marketing playbooks.
  1. Used Devices
  • Support the development and execution of the GNext Used Devices business.
  • Coordinate collection of device pricing and valuation data by country and device grade.
  • Support development and implementation of grading, retailer/liquidator, and customer applications.
  • Coordinate with country teams, liquidators, retailers, and technology partners.
  • Maintain trackers for used-device projects, inventory, grading, pricing, and other key activities.
  1. GNext Business Reviews
  • Support preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR).
  • Consolidate country and business performance information.
  • Coordinate required inputs including profitability, inventory aging, credit notes, forecasts, and other operational KPIs.
  • Prepare presentations, supporting data, and management summaries.
  • Track actions and commitments arising from Business Reviews.
  1. Channel Mapping & Strategic Projects
  • Support GNext Channel Mapping projects across markets.
  • Coordinate survey guides, agency briefs, RFPs, training materials, and project documentation.
  • Follow up with country teams and external agencies on project milestones.
  • Support other regional Strategy & Operations projects assigned by the Head of Strategy & Operations.
  1. Reporting, Forecasting & Tracking
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly Strategy& Operations trackers.
  • Support quarterly forecasts and actual performance updates.
  • Consolidate program units, marketing spend, spend per unit, and target achievement.
  • Ensure information submitted by country teams is complete, accurate, and on time.
  • Flag missing information, delays, and execution gaps to the Head of Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Keynote skills.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and shared online reporting platforms.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
