In this role, you will support the Controlling department in preparing analyses and performance management KPIs as a basis for management decisions. You will actively participate in the planning process as well as in external and internal reporting. In addition, you will work on strategic projects in various business areas in an international environment. Our team consists of 21 employees.
What awaits you with us?
- Professional preparation of meaningful numerical data and relevant management information as well as participation in decision-making
- Coordination and collaboration in the creation of forecast and planning calculations together with various specialist departments
- Development and implementation of modern Controlling tools using AI
- Independent execution of business analyses as well as support for cross-departmental projects
- Creation of market analyses as well as ad-hoc reports
What do you bring with you?
- A completed degree in the field of Business Administration or Mathematics or relevant professional experience
- Routine handling of MS-Office and interest in working with other reporting tools (SAP-BW)
- High social competence and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- High level of commitment and resilience
- Innovative thinking
- English skills in speaking and writing corresponding to the activity

Salary
At least 60,000.- Euro gross per year for 38.5 hours per week. Just like you, we are not satisfied with minimum standards - we will agree on your actual salary depending on your education and your experience.
