The Job

In our global unit Generali Corporate & Commercial, we develop customized insurance solutions for industrial clients in over 145 countries worldwide. To achieve this, cross-border teams from Client and Broker Management, Underwriters, Risk Engineering, Operations, and Claims work hand in hand to develop individually tailored solutions and programs for our customers. Our goal is to provide our customers worldwide with best-in-class solutions and service.

To strengthen the Global Corporate & Commercial department at the Munich location, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date in the administration of industrial insurance within the Operations TV-Versicherungen group with the following tasks:

• Contract administration in our national and international systems
• Instruction of our network for Multinational Programs / Implementation of international insurance programs
• Management and answering of questions from our network partners
• Ensuring regulatory requirements in different countries
• Issuance of policies and documents
• Further development and optimization of operative processes and workflows
• Interdisciplinary contact person for Accounting and Tax
• Participation in projects
• Professional support for colleagues
• Maintaining contact with assigned brokers
• Intensive use of AI (Copilot)
• Close cooperation with our outsourcing company and its continuous use for standard processes

What we desire

Professional requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the field of insurance, ideally supplemented by relevant further training such as Fachwirt, Betriebswirt, or Technical Underwriter
• Excellent specialist knowledge and demonstrable experience in the support and administration of primary and reinsurance business in industrial insurance
• Several years of experience in the implementation and support of international insurance programs, either at a broker or an industrial insurer
• Basic knowledge in the interpretation of industrial wordings
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Advanced knowledge in the field of AI as well as the willingness to actively use it in everyday work
• Willingness to provide professional support to less experienced colleagues is explicitly desired

• Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
