A motivated team of 17 colleagues awaits you, with whom you will work closely on a daily basis.

After successful induction, there is the possibility of mobile working.

What awaits you?

• Export & Customs: You will independently process international shipments and ensure that all customs and export regulations are complied with.
• Complaints: You will process complaints in the export process, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure rapid clarification with internal and external partners.
• Communication: You are the interface to our country subsidiaries, depots, and internal departments, coordinating information and aligning processes.
• Process Optimization: You will analyze challenges in the export and customs process, identify causes for delays, and support the improvement of workflows.
• Projects & Further Development: You will contribute to projects and work on the further development of guidelines and process documentation.

What do you bring with you?

• Training: You have completed commercial training, ideally related to logistics, freight forwarding, or foreign trade.
• Experience: You have initial professional experience in logistics – ideally also in the customs area - but motivated career changers are also very welcome!
• Way of Working: You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner. At the same time, you bring initiative and enjoy finding solutions together in a team.
• Language Skills: You can communicate confidently and clearly in English and feel comfortable interacting with international partners.
