What awaits you?

• Data & Analytics: Construction and continuous further development of data products, reporting, and analytics solutions for the Quality and Operations business units
• Data Engineering: Modeling, transformation, and provision of data in Snowflake
• BI Development: Development of data models, dashboards, and reports in Qlik Sense
• Process Analysis: Analysis and understanding of operational business processes as a basis for data-driven solutions
• Requirements Management: Close cooperation with specialist departments and operational units to capture and implement requirements in an agile working environment
• Data Mesh: Collaboration with functional Data Owners and Data Product Owners in the sense of the Data Mesh approach
• Internal Service: Consulting and supporting specialist departments with data-driven questions
• Presentation and Communication: Presentation of solution approaches, results, and recommendations for action
• Innovation and AI: Identification of new use cases for AI and modern analytics solutions

What do you bring with you?

• Education & Studies: Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics or comparable with relevant professional experience in the field of Data Engineering, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
• Data Engineering: Very good SQL skills as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction, modeling, and transformation of data in modern data warehouse environments, ideally Snowflake
• Analytics & Reporting: At least 3 years of professional experience in the development of data models, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automations, ideally with Qlik Sense
• Artificial Intelligence: Confident handling of common AI tools to support analysis, development, and documentation tasks
• Independent and structured way of working with the ability to plan and prioritize work packages independently and to drive topics forward proactively
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to recognize connections in data and processes, analyze causes, and derive sound and pragmatic recommendations for action and solutions.
• Reliability: You keep promises, communicate transparently, and build trust with relevant stakeholders
• High quality awareness with a clear focus on data quality, clean documentation, and sustainable solutions
• Language skills: Good written and spoken English skills
