At General Dynamics European Land Systems - Bridge Systems, based in Kaiserslautern, we produce bridging systems and amphibious vehicles for military and civilian sectors.

Supplier Quality & Complaint Management Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks in our company:
- Receipt and systematic recording of complaints for externally supplied material
- Evaluation of incoming complaints in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments
- Creation and documentation of complaints in the SAP system
- Coordination with the SMC department to determine the further handling of complained goods (e.g., return delivery, internal rework, or scrapping)
- Follow-up and monitoring of complaints until final clarification
- Communication with suppliers regarding status, results, as well as corrective and preventive measures
- Creation of evaluations, analyses, and reports
- Regular reporting on the current status of complaints
Our requirements for you:
- Technical professional qualification (Meister / Techniker or technical training with several years of professional experience in the technical-administrative field)
- Relevant professional experience in the field of quality management
- Experience in handling SAP is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented, and diligent way of working
- Strong communication skills when dealing with internal and external contact persons, as well as assertiveness
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Teamwork skills as well as a high degree of initiative
