Personal Assistant Chairman Office
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) on behalf of the Chairman.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Act as the main point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications.
Coordinate with senior management, board members, and external partners.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
Arrange board meetings, executive meetings, and special events.
Prepare meeting minutes and track decisions and action plans.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries).
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Maintain professionalism and trust in all dealings.
Support decision-making by providing relevant information and analysis when required.
Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field ( preferred )
Experience: 8:10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Previous experience working with Board Members or Chairman level is a strong advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of discretion and integrity
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Problem-solving and proactive mindset
