Logistics Planner (M/F)

The Employer Group, GEN79 Emploi, aims to recruit candidates (CDD/CDI) in order to provide them to its member companies.

We are looking for a Planner profile (M/F) for one of our member companies.

Main activities: Based on the production program and bills of materials (for logistics): Participate in verifying the information contained in the IT tool Place orders for parts Obtain confirmation of delivery dates

In case of shortage risk: Search for an intermediate solution to mitigate the material shortage as quickly as possible Analyze the root causes of the shortage and propose a solution Depending on the risk, escalate the information to their N+1 Track the reference of the missing material until its delivery at receiving

In case of a supply crisis: Escalate the information to the various departments concerned Define an optimal safety stock for basic parts (for logistics) Validate invoices in the software provided for this purpose Inform and alert production regarding delivery times and shortage risks

Profile: 3 years of required experience in a similar position or BAC +3 in logistics or production management Mastery of English is mandatory Knowledge of an ERP and mastery of Pack Office

Conditions: Immediate start or according to availability Remuneration based on experience and training 13th month bonus Transport bonus

Contract type: Initial CDD of 3 months Full time
