Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

In the strategic Supply Chain Management team, we look at the global production and logistics network of the corporate group. We analyze, evaluate, and optimize the flow of goods within the GEMÜ Gruppe and are responsible for the holistic further development of the global value chain within projects.

Your Tasks

What you can achieve with us

• Strategic planning and implementation: You actively support the setup and implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system to sustainably optimize Supply Chain Management
• Project management and process optimization: You take responsibility for projects in the field of Supply Chain Management and drive the continuous improvement of processes
• International cooperation: You support the production companies in China, USA, Brazil, and Switzerland and contribute to further expanding and optimizing the existing GEMÜ Supply Chain network
• Optimization of goods flows: In close cooperation with the country organizations, you plan the best possible goods flows, taking into account delivery service, lead times, inventories, and process costs

Your Profile

You are right for us if...

• You have a completed degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Logistics or SCM), Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain knowledge in the described range of tasks – however, we are happy to give graduates of the mentioned disciplines the chance to start their career in Supply Chain Management
• You are affine towards digital tools and systems (ERP/MIS/Access)
• You are a strong-communicating team player (m/f/d) and possess a confident appearance, paired with decisiveness and assertiveness
• You are characterized by high commitment with a drive for constant process improvement as well as very good analytical skills
• You bring very good written and spoken English skills as well as intercultural competence
