Requirements

Embody and role-model our core values of integrity, empathy and fortitude in everything they do

Hold a BEd or bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent

Have proven experience teaching science at secondary level, including GCSE and A Level

Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning

Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice

Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused

Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring students

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
