Support Staff Bus Attendant

Job description

GEMS Winchester School Fujairah is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and proactive bus attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Skills description

Key responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the school premises.

Assist with the setup and arrangement of classrooms, meeting rooms, and school events.

Support the movement and delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment within the school.

Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the relevant department.

Assist staff and visitors with general requests as required.

Follow all school health, safety, and safeguarding procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues and visitors.

Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks.

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
