Your tasks

We are seeking exceptional prep school teachers to join our team at GEMS Wellington, Dubai Hills, from August 2027.

Requirements

• Hold a BEd or bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience of teaching at prep school level
• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
• Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice
• Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
• Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring young learners
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
• Aspire to work in a world-class school with genuine opportunities for professional and career development
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our co-curricular programme and community events
