Job description

We are interested in teachers with CBSE, ICSE, or IB school teaching experience.

Qualifications

KG, Primary, Secondary - Bachelors in Arts or Science along with Bachelors in Education, both degrees in the same teaching subject. Example - BA + B.Ed or B.Sc + B.Ed (none of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence, or from an open university).

Senior Secondary - Bachelors and Masters in Arts or Science along with Bachelors in Education, degrees should be in the same teaching subject. Example - BA and MA + B.Ed or B.Sc and M.Sc + B.Ed (none of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence, or from an open university).

Specialist subjects teachers such as Dance, Music, Special Education Needs, Art, French, etc., will require a specialist qualification in the teaching subject. Two years of school teaching experience is required for all of the above.

KG (Sharjah only) - Bachelors in Arts or Science plus Bachelor of Education plus 1 year diploma in Early Years or Montessori (none of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence, or from an open university).

Skills requirements

The teaching subject and qualification should match.

Experience of the CBSE, ICSE, or IB curriculum is preferred.

A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.

An excellent team player both within the department and across phases.

Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.

Good command of English.
