Support Worker – Complex Care

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers on behalf of a leading care provider specialising in complex care and support for individuals with additional needs. The successful candidates will provide person-centred support, follow individual care plans and risk assessments, and help individuals maintain their dignity, independence and safety.
