Game operation is the main responsibility of this position, including ensuring the smooth use of game platforms, managing player communities, as well as coordinating with the marketing team to increase game visibility. Additionally, you will be involved in designing digital marketing strategies, managing social media, and analyzing data to improve game performance. Other tasks include coordination with internal teams, administration of operational activities, as well as support in game product development.

This position is available to work remotely, making it suitable for those who want flexibility in working. Candidates must have a minimum of a D3 education. Required skills include understanding of online games, marketing communication skills, experience in digital marketing, as well as expertise in operating game platforms. Teamwork skills, understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, sales strategy, English, social media management, leadership, analytical, project management, data analysis, problem solving, and time management are highly appreciated. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, adaptive, and ready to contribute in a dynamic work environment.
