Your tasks

As a Mid-office employee, you are an important link within the social neighborhood team. Together with colleagues, you are the first point of contact for everyone who has a question about the Wmo or the Jeugdwet. You speak with residents, care providers, and other stakeholders via telephone and email and attempt to get a complete picture of the request for help during the initial contact. You ask probing questions to make the question behind the question clear and

Requirements

Who are you As a Mid-office employee Wmo and Jeugdwet, you are service-oriented, flexible, and able to switch gears quickly. You are a full-fledged interlocutor at various levels, and you do not shy away from resistance. You are digitally skilled and switch easily between various computer systems. With your good conversation skills and open attitude, you enjoy engaging in conversation with the resident about their request for help!

• MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level;
• Knowledge of laws and regulations of the Sociaal Domein, both Wmo and Jeugdwet!
• Skill in forming and maintaining files;
• Experience in conducting (difficult) conversations and customer contact;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills;
• Knowledge of the various forms of assistance and the social map;
• Ability to ask probing questions and get to the core of people's issues. Mastery of communication skills and the ability to apply communication methods within this;
• Proficiency in the English language.
