A meaningful role as a location supervisor in the Gemeente Bloemendaal is waiting! The shelter for Ukrainian refugees is looking for decisive reinforcement from 28 September 2026 up to and including 31 May 2027.

who you are
Working with different cultures requires the right background. Solid experience immediately brings calm and structure to the locations.
- hbo working and thinking level in a social or societal direction
- at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor
- good command of the English language
- own transport
what you will do
The workday begins at the Duinlust location in Overveen. Residents walk in with questions about work, education or care. There is immediate action. Together with the team, structure is created at the shelter. Tomorrow, the Kerklaan location in Bennebroek is on the schedule. No two days are the same. There is a nice balance between supporting residents, updating administration and consulting.
- supporting residents with everyday and practical questions
- referring to agencies for work, income, care and education
- supervising compliance with house rules
- maintaining resident administration and participating in case discussions
