Junior Expeditor

Responsibilities: Prepare Requests for Quotes. Identifying any discrepancies in customer and OEM purchase orders and preparing internal corrections and permission prior to external communication. Work with the team to ensure the open orders spreadsheet is updated and monitored regularly. Work with the team to inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quantity and products are supplied. Register and manage Forms ‘M’ with Commercial Banks for Company importations Process  Risk Assessment Reports with government-appointed Scanning Companies. Coordinate the activities of Customs Agents in clearing all imports. Maintain a record of all communication with OEM's and customers in respect of all orders. Track orders from placement through delivery. Pass relevant items information to our logistics team and colleagues for processing. Update the goods inventory record. Accompany the delivery of goods to our customers' warehouse within Nigeria. Maintain the asset register with the Accountant. Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the office managers.

Selection Criteria

As this is a fast-paced, attention-to-detail-driven role, the interview process for this job will contain a written test. This role is very demanding and will require you to travel frequently to other parts of the country for deliveries  The position will give you an opportunity to learn and develop.
