Outdoor Sales Representative – Cosmetics & Hair Care

GEM Egypt for Trade & Distribution is hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our Cosmetics & Personal Care Sales Team in Alexandria. We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and motivated candidates who are ready to build a successful career in field sales within the cosmetics and personal care industry. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell cosmetics and personal care products within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, salons, and beauty-related retail channels.

Present product features, benefits, and selling points effectively.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Identify new customers and sales opportunities.

Follow up with customers, handle objections, and close sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong market coverage.

Collect customer feedback and monitor market and competitor activities.
