Job Description & Requirements Job description: To set up and streamline SOPs of the various outlets Ability to set things up from scratch Work closely with the front of house (service crew and customer service) and back of house (kitchen) Monitor and plan the production processes Ability to drive growth by hiring, planning and training the team To be hands-on in setting up the shop To monitor and drive operational excellence in the outlets To plan and roster the right people in the service rosters To handle challenging and difficult situations Requirements: Strong experience in handling F&B Operations (Dine-in, Takeaway) Strong experience in managing people and service crew Good experience in customer service Willing to go the extra mile Willing to travel across different outlets in Singapore Interested applicants pls reach out to christine@mintgroup.sg and call 84752586
