IT Application Manager (m/f/d) - Logistics / Customer Integration (Computer Scientist)

Tasks To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated IT employee (m/f/d) with a focus on interface connections and technical customer communication. In this role, you will ensure that our customers can feed their orders into our systems in an automated and reliable manner. Furthermore, you will accompany the further development of our logistical IT applications.

• Conception, implementation, and support of interface connections (e.g., API, EDI, file imports) for automated order entry
• Technical integration of customer and partner systems into our IT landscape
• Contact person in the area of IT Customer / IT Logistics
• Support, operation, and further development of our logistical applications
• Analysis of requirements together with customers and internal specialist departments
• Coordination and alignment with internal teams as well as external partners
• Documentation of interfaces, processes, and technical solutions

Profile

• Completed studies in the field of Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a comparable training (e.g., Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) for Anwendungsentwicklung, Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) for Systemintegration, Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Digitalisierungsmanagement)
• Several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in the area of interface connections, system integration, and/or logistical applications
• Very good problem-solving skills, a high level of service and customer orientation, as well as strong communication skills
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing (mandatory)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way
