Finance, Accounting, and Tax Supervisor

About the company Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet, and employs more than 3000+ employees worldwide and has been experienced in the industry for more than 40 years.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and statutory requirements.
• Manage corporate tax obligations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and VAT (PPN), while supporting tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Oversee financial operations and maintain strong internal controls, including supervision of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Asset (FA) management.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain healthy liquidity levels.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting and tax team through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, ensuring financial records and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Jurnal, or other ERP platforms.
• Professional certifications such as Brevet A/B/C or CPA are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
