About the company

GEDU Global Education seeks a highly motivated, organized, and student-focused Program Coordinator, Study Abroad & Short Programs (PC) to work closely with the Executive Director of Study Abroad & Short Programs (ED) in the development, enrolment, and delivery of international student programs across GEDU’s global portfolio.

Your tasks

This position will play a critical role in taking programs from initial concept and inquiry through enrolment, preparation, delivery, and post-program evaluation. The PC will collaborate with academic leaders, admissions and recruitment teams, marketing, finance, operations, campus leadership, external partners, and other internal stakeholders across GEDU’s global network.

The PC will also work directly with students and, when required, provide hands-on operational leadership for selected custom, study abroad, summer, and short-term programs. This may include international travel to oversee program delivery, student activities, housing, transportation, staffing, cultural programming, and other on-site requirements.

Our Priority First and foremost, the PC will help GEDU develop and deliver high-quality programs and processes that create a safe, seamless, and transformative student experience. From the first student inquiry through enrolment, pre-departure preparation, program participation, and completion, the PC will identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen communication, and ensure that students, families, partners, and internal teams have the information and support they need. Because this position interacts with virtually every area of the business, the ability to communicate program objectives clearly across different cultures, organizations, and levels of leadership is essential.
