We are looking for an Employee (m/f/d) Service Back Office in part-time for our branch in Gera, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks at a glance:

• With your organizational talent, you plan and process our service orders
• You receive customer inquiries and create suitable offers
• You are in exchange with employees, customers, and service providers
• You coordinate appointment dates (maintenance, repairs, TÜV inspections), organize material provision, and plan personnel deployment
• You take care of the post-processing of documentation, check invoices, and prepare billing

What you bring with you:

• You have completed commercial training
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must – what matters is your diplomatic and service-oriented personality
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and have high quality standards for your work
• You are open, communicative, and enjoy interacting with people
• Teamwork is a matter of course for you
• You are confident in using MS Office and common IT systems
• You have good English skills
