Supply Chain Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join an aeronautics company based near Pau.

Reporting to the Management, your main missions are as follows: Define and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in line with the company's industrial and commercial objectives

• Manage supply, production, subcontracting, and customer delivery flows
• Guarantee the availability of critical components while controlling stock levels and logistics costs
• Manage and develop the Supply Chain teams (planning, procurement, logistics, scheduling)
• Improve supplier performance in collaboration with the Purchasing and Quality teams
• Implement management indicators (OTD, OQD, stocks, capacity, load/capacity) and ensure reporting to Management
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects (Lean Supply Chain, digitalization, process optimization)
• Anticipate industrial risks and secure supply chains in a demanding aeronautical context.

Profile Description:

With a higher education background in supply chain, industrial engineering, or logistics, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, imperatively within the aeronautics, defense, or space sector.

You have a good level of English.
