Quality and Food Safety Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Manager (M/F) to lead the quality approach of an agri-food production site located near Jonzac and to support teams in a culture of excellence and progress.

Your daily role:

As the true quality referent for the site, you are the guarantor of compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and food safety.

Your main missions will be to Define, deploy, and lead the site's quality policy.

• Manage the quality system and ensure its continuous improvement.
• Guarantee compliance with requirements related to food safety (HACCP, traceability, good hygiene practices).
• Manage and support the quality team in its daily missions.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for client or certification audits.
• Analyze non-conformities, manage action plans, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Support production teams in the application of quality standards.
• Participate in product and process improvement projects.
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and support necessary evolutions.

Profile Description:

With a higher education background in quality, agri-food, or food science, you have proven successful experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
