- You resolve problems/faults in our software environment (forwarding programs, logistics software, and Windows environment)
- Together with your colleagues, you maintain the hardware and software
- You are co-responsible for the technical support and qualitative support of our employees in using IT workplace equipment (PC, smartphone, printer, telephone system, network, etc.)
- Participation in IT projects from conception to rollout
