TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

Geanaux Systems Corp. is seeking a Field Technical Support Group Officer to provide on-site technical support, assist in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of auxiliary systems, and ensure the successful implementation of projects at various client sites. Provide technical support at project sites. Assist in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of auxiliary systems (CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, PA/BGM, etc.) Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and technical implementations. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth operations. Prepare basic reports and documentation related to field activities.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Atleast 1-2 years of experience in a technical support procedures.
