Welder

Key Responsibilities Set up and perform TIG welding on high-temperature alloy components for the repair of turbine blades and related products.

Perform blending and repair activities on turbine blade components in accordance with approved work instructions and quality standards.

Ensure product quality requirements are met while maintaining equipment care, production targets, housekeeping, and schedules.

Comply with all applicable Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop and production processes.

Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements Secondary education or equivalent qualification.

NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

Experience in TIG welding, welding operations, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.

Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Structured on-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts.
